How many eBay accounts can I use with comobuy?
You can use as many your eBay accounts as you want.
Why do I have to give you access to my eBay account?
You don't give us access to your eBay account at all! When you agree to the eBay authorization page, you give comobuy access to your eBay account in the form of an access token. This access token is securely stored in your keychain and not shared with anybody, including us.
What criteria for search on eBay can I specify via comobuy application?
comobuy application allows you to adjust the eBay item category you want to find; determine auction type, all items, auction or only fixed-price to find; you can set the minimal and maximal value of the item price, choose the appropriate shipping area, etc. Mind that the fraudulent sellers will be excluded from the search results if they are in your blacklist.
What is a comobuy watchlist?
The comobuy watchlist is your watchlist for eBay which is shown in "My eBay" of your account.
How many items I add to my watch list?
In comobuy you can add to your watchlist as many eBay items, as you need. When you select the watchlist directory you see all the items you are watching. To see the item detailed information just choose one in the tree.
Why do I need the sellers blacklist for eBay?
comobuy black list allows you to protect yourself from any fraudulent eBay seller with whom you have had a negative experience ever before. If you add such fraudulent seller to your comobuy blacklist be sure that you will not be cheated for the second time.
How can I add a fraudulent seller to blacklist?
The easiest way of adding a fraudulent seller to your blacklist for eBay is by right-clicking the sellers name in the list of shown items. Or go to Main menu - Setting - General tabs and press the "Blacklist" button.
Can I remove earlier added fraudulent seller from my blacklist?
Yes, you can remove the seller from the blacklist at any moment you like. (See the comobuy manual)
